About Us
We Have Come A Long Way
Founded in December 2009 by former national swimmer Lynval Lowe, Swimaz Aquatic Swim Club & Learn To Swim Program is registered with the Aquatic Sports Association of Jamaica. This prestigious affiliation helps the club to develop a nationally recognised aquatic program. Lowe use to coach at several clubs for 20 years before he decided to start his own club.
Our club registered 8 swimmers initially and currently has an active membership of 60+ swimmers. A total of 30 swimmers were selected for the national squad training program at the senior, junior and development levels in 2010, 2011 and 2012. There are currently 7 members in our team including the director, secretary and 1 ex-officio member.
